Delivery, Refund & Return Policy
All goods may be transacted through e-commerce, except for goods prohibited for sale in terms of regulation 26 and 27 of the (CoGTA) regulations.
All goods are sanitized (in line with the National Department of Health guidelines) before leaving our warehouse.
All items ordered will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
On occasion, due to issues outside of our control, deliveries may take longer. We will make every effort to deliver on time and to keep you updated throughout the process.
Once the purchase is made it may take up to 3 days to process and dispatch your order.
Cash on Delivery is not a payment option that is utilized for online purchases. All delivery charges are charged to the customer upfront on finalization of sale.
Regretfully, we are not able to deliver to certain areas, kindly see the tables below indicting which areas we deliver to.
If customers make use of their own courier companies, Mambo’s will not be liable for any damages to and / or loss of parcels.
